When these terms apply
From the moment you buy or use a SoPlayer subscription. Paying for a plan means you accept them.
What you receive
Access to television delivered over the internet for the period you paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows, in the SoPlayer app or any other player you choose. The login is issued after payment and is for your use alone. The SoPlayer app itself is made and distributed by a third party and is not part of what we sell.
What we ask of you
- The login is yours alone. Handing it out beyond the screen count on your plan can end the account with no refund.
- Use it at home. No public showing, no resale.
- Nothing the service streams may be copied, recorded or passed to anyone else.
- A WhatsApp number we can reach, so the login and the renewal reminder both get to you.
Availability
The service is on around the clock, but like any internet service it can pause for maintenance or an upstream fault. A brief interruption is not grounds for a refund; an outage running into days is, under the refund policy.
Your own internet
Count on about 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A slow or dropping line is a matter for your internet provider and falls outside the refund policy.
Content
SoPlayer provides access to streams and neither produces, owns nor stores the programming on them. Confirming that watching is lawful where you live is up to you.
Ending the agreement
Walk away whenever you like by simply not renewing. Break these terms and the account is closed without a refund, most often for a login shared past its screen count or sold on.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date under the heading shows the latest edit, and any change takes effect on the day it goes up.
