Who we are
SoPlayer operates from 896 Floral Ave, Union, NJ 07083, USA. This policy covers soplayer.co and every subscription ordered through it.
What we keep
- Your WhatsApp number, and a first name if you give one.
- The plan you bought, with its start date and end date.
- Anonymous visit counts from Google Analytics.
Payment details stay with the payment provider and never land here. We keep no record of which channels you open.
Why we keep it
- To create the subscription and send the login.
- To answer questions and help when something needs fixing.
- To nudge you shortly before the plan expires, but only if you asked us to.
- To see which pages get read, so the site improves.
Who else sees it
No one, for marketing purposes. Your details go to the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that issues logins, and nowhere else.
For how long
Order records stay for the life of the plan and a reasonable period afterwards, for renewals and refunds. Analytics data is anonymous and expires on its own.
Your rights
Find out what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, all with one WhatsApp message. State privacy laws such as the CCPA give you these rights and nothing here narrows them.
Cookies
Only the analytics cookies that count visits. They do not identify you, and the site works the same with them blocked.
