Refund policy

Ask at any point in the 60 days after paying and the full amount is returned, no reason needed and no form to fill.

Send one WhatsApp message with the word refund and the username on the account. The order is found and the refund is processed right away.

The money goes back on its own if any of these happen:

• The login did not arrive within the time we promised.
• One order was charged twice.
• We asked you to confirm a payment and heard nothing back for 7 days.
• The payment came in short of the order total and the missing part was not made up within 7 days.

• The purchase is older than 60 days.

Once approved, the refund is sent back to the method you paid with, normally the same day. Your bank decides when it appears on the statement, usually within two to five business days.

State and federal consumer law takes precedence over this policy, and whichever gives you more is what applies.
